Information Submitted Directly
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that produces the results. Jenks Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message, which is used to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Hosting systems may record ordinary server-log information, including an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps maintain the service and understand general use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the service, resolve technical issues, measure overall traffic, and improve the reference material. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual visitor profiles are not created.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to Tulsa County and Oklahoma portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search services. Those organizations control the information entered on their systems under their own policies. The same is true of sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
Who Might See Your Data
Companies that host or support the service process server logs on its behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatically collected information described above. Disclosure otherwise occurs only when valid legal process requires it.
How We Protect Your Data
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only as long as the purposes described here require. Because there are no visitor accounts, no password or user profile is maintained by Jenks Residents Directory.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Visitors may have rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data a website holds. Oklahoma SB 546, approved March 20, 2026 and effective July 1, 2026, describes consumer privacy rights, including access, correction, deletion, copies, and certain opt-outs; its final codified citation should be verified as state publication is updated. Because this service holds very little, a request normally involves the contact mailbox and applicable server logs. Use the Contact page. Public records controlled by a Jenks, Tulsa County, or Oklahoma custodian must be addressed to that custodian.
Changes to This Policy
Updates will be posted here. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
